BEWARE

This is a project about digital clothing inspired by Plato’s dilemma. In order to simulate the dilemma of the characters in Plato’s parable, I went to a desert island around my city with my friends and confiscated mobile phones to cut off contact with the outside world. Then we recorded actions and creations on the island with a film camera, trying to get close to the dilemma. We had thought that without wireless communication, we had been trapped prisoners. But, after returning to the busy city, we realized that we, who are wrapped by various information under wireless communication in this era, are also “cave prisoners”.
